Post Modernism
Postmodernism is a movement away from the viewpoint of modernism. More specifically it is a tendency in contemporary culture characterized by the problem of objective truth and inherent suspicion towards global cultural narrative or meta-narrative. It involves the belief that many, if not all, apparent realities are only social constructs, as they are subject to change inherent to time and place. It emphasizes the role of language, power relations, and motivations; in particular it attacks the use of sharp classifications such as male versus female, straight versus gay, white versus black, and imperial versus colonial. (from 'wikipedia')
Among of many theory of literature, Post-Modernism is the best one. I like this theory because Post-Modernism play with unusual thing.

Interpretation of Song
The times they are changing
Come gather’ round people
Whatever you ram’
And admit that the waters
Around you have grown
And accept it that soon
You will be drenched to the bone
If your time to you
Is worth savin’
Then you better start swimming
or you will sink like a stone
for the times they are a-changin’
Come writes and critics
who prophesize with your pen
and keep your eyes wide
and do not speak to soon
for the whell’s still in spin
and there’s no tellin’ who
that it’s namin’.
For the loser now
will be the later to win
Come senators, congressmen
please heed the call
don’t stand in the door way
don’t block up the hall
for he that gets hurt
Will be he who has stalled
There’s a battle outside ragin’
It’ll soon shake your windows
And rattle your walls
For the times they are a-changin’
Come mothers and fathers
Throughout the land
And do not criticize
What you can not understand
Your sons and your daughters
Are beyond your command
Your old road is
rapidly agin’
Please get out of he new one
if you cannot lend your hand
for the times they are changin’
The line it is drawn
the curse it is cast
the slow one now
Will later be past as the present now
Will later be past
the order is rapidly fadin’
and the first one now Will be the last
for the times they are a-changin’
The interpretations of the song’s the times they are a-changin’
This song is tell about the times will be change. The times always running, no matter we do, the times will change from the past into the future. We do not know what will happen in the future, maybe now we are poor, but in the future it maybe changes. Are we being a rich, or still poor, it is secret. So, no matter, do we use the times or not, the times will be changes with fast. And we do not know about the future because it is a God’s secret. We can learn from this song that is we should use our time, we should make our times are useful.
Come gather’ round people
Whatever you ram’
And admit that the waters
Around you have grown
And accept it that soon
You will be drenched to the bone
If your time to you
Is worth savin’
Then you better start swimming
or you will sink like a stone
for the times they are a-changin’
Come writes and critics
who prophesize with your pen
and keep your eyes wide
and do not speak to soon
for the whell’s still in spin
and there’s no tellin’ who
that it’s namin’.
For the loser now
will be the later to win
Come senators, congressmen
please heed the call
don’t stand in the door way
don’t block up the hall
for he that gets hurt
Will be he who has stalled
There’s a battle outside ragin’
It’ll soon shake your windows
And rattle your walls
For the times they are a-changin’
Come mothers and fathers
Throughout the land
And do not criticize
What you can not understand
Your sons and your daughters
Are beyond your command
Your old road is
rapidly agin’
Please get out of he new one
if you cannot lend your hand
for the times they are changin’
The line it is drawn
the curse it is cast
the slow one now
Will later be past as the present now
Will later be past
the order is rapidly fadin’
and the first one now Will be the last
for the times they are a-changin’
